1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Bookings & payments
Sessions are paid in advance via Stripe. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for an automatic refund.
4. Tutor conduct
Tutors must hold the qualifications they claim and follow safeguarding rules. Violations may lead to suspension and forfeited earnings.
5. Refunds & disputes
Refund eligibility is described at booking. Disputes may be raised by email and are reviewed within 7 days.
6. Limitation of liability
TutorCrest provides the platform "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
