TutorCrest ("we", "us") provides personalised tutoring services to parents and students.

Account details (name, email), student learning data (diagnostic answers, session notes, progress), payment metadata processed by Stripe, and messages exchanged on the platform.

3. How we use it

To deliver tutoring sessions, generate personalised learning plans, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the service. We never sell personal data.

4. Children's data

Parents are the account holders. All student information is collected under parental consent and used solely to deliver the learning service to that child.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support.
